IMP VIRAL provides social media marketing (SMM) services, including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers and other engagement across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, X (Twitter) and others. We act as a reseller and rely on third-party providers to deliver certain services.
You must register an account to place orders. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
Delivery times shown on each service are estimates and are not guaranteed. Most orders begin within minutes and are processed automatically 24/7, but delivery may be delayed due to platform updates, provider issues or high demand. You are responsible for entering the correct link and quantity. Orders placed with an incorrect or private link are non-refundable.
All prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through third-party gateways including Billplz, CHIP and FPX. You must add funds to your account balance before placing an order. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Some services include a refill guarantee for a stated period (e.g. 30 days). Refills apply only to drops below the delivered amount and only for services explicitly marked with a guarantee. Services marked "No Refill" carry no guarantee.
You agree not to use our services for any illegal, abusive, defamatory or fraudulent purpose, or to target accounts without authorisation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we believe violates these terms or the policies of the relevant social media platform.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any social media platform. Use of our services may be against the terms of service of some platforms, and any action taken by a platform against your account (including suspension) is your responsibility. We are not liable for any such action.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMP VIRAL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, data or accounts arising from the use of our services.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms, engage in fraudulent activity or abuse our system, including chargebacks or payment disputes.
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
